For several years Jen and I have gone from babysitting, feeding the homeless, toy drive for the less fortunate, mentoring our children’s friends and so-on and so-forth.  Several times, we’ve asked ourselves, “What is Life Coaching”, after many researching, we found that Life Coaching is “The Facilitation of Growth and Change”.  So we decided, because of our caring ways and the passion and drive to helping others in need, why not do it the proper way… and become a  life coach.  So in September of 2018, we became “Certified Life Coaches”, through The Georgia Certified Life Coaching Academy.  There are several reasons to which we like being Live Coaches.  To us, coaching is about helping others to live in accordance with their values, their worth and their truth.  The work of Coaching also aligns with our values and our beliefs; contributing to the world, helping others achieve their goals.  So we’ve partnered together and name our agency D&J Life Coach, LLC.  Most of all, it’s a great opportunity to become “our” own boss.
